All of our technicians have undertaken extensive training in our own Academy before completing any work at a Toyota Centre. They will service your vehicle to the highest standards using genuine Toyota parts, in full compliance with your vehicle's warranty terms.

We will only ever fit genuine Toyota parts without exception. Each part has been designed solely for your vehicle to the exacting standards of quality and reliability that you would expect from Toyota.

All Genuine Toyota parts come with at least 12 months' warranty.

Our Visual Safety Report is a comprehensive visual inspection of your vehicle, conducted free of charge, by qualified Toyota technicians. A clear and precise report will highlight anything that needs doing urgently to meet safety and legal requirements, as well as any work that may need doing in the future.

If you need to get straight back on the road while your car is being serviced we offer a courtesy car that you return when coming to collect your vehicle*.

If you are unable to drive your car to our Toyota Centre, we will arrange to collect your vehicle from your home or place of work, and deliver it back to you when the service has been completed*.

Once your vehicle has been serviced, we will ensure that your vehicle has a wash and vac before you drive away.

Enjoy our comfortable waiting area. We offer complimentary hot or cold drinks and free internet access while you wait for your car to be serviced.

We're committed to transparent pricing, with no hidden costs, on wear and tear items such as wiper blades, batteries and brakes. Even if the repair takes us a little longer than usual, you will never be asked to pay a penny more.

We offer a free tyre repair service on all Toyota vehicles if, in our professional judgement, your tyre can be safely repaired rather than replaced. This service applies to all Toyota vehicles and is available at any time, you don't need to book an appointment.

If you require a bulb to be changed, we will arrange for this to be done at no extra charge.*

* Free bulb fitting covers the bulb only excluding the lens and is available on UK specification vehicles. Only applicable to genuine Toyota bulbs purchased from the fitting Toyota Service Centre.
